Mid-Month Messages for Your Soul: Trust Your Intuition, Speak Your Truth & Surrender to Your Magic

What does it actually mean to trust yourself when you cannot tell the difference between intuition and fear?

In this mid-month soul message episode, Michelle draws three oracle cards as prompts for reflection and takes you into the real work underneath each one.

Synchronicities have been loud lately. I found a leaf on a dog walk—stripped down to just its skeleton. All the soft parts dissolved. Just the bones, the structure, the truth of what was always there.

And my first thought was: aging, decay, loss. The dualistic thinking we're all trapped in about getting older.

But what if aging isn't just grief? What if it's grief held alongside wisdom? What if the stripping away reveals what was always meant to remain?

I pulled Unity Oracle cards and they were clear: Celebrate the pleasures of embodiment on earth. Build conscious communities.

March Messages For Your Soul: Spiritual Sovereignty in Eclipse Season

What does spiritual sovereignty actually look like when eclipse energy is asking you to face your shadows?

In this March collective reading, the cards are clear: You're being called to stop judging yourself so harshly and start loving yourself through the transformation. To stop seeking permission and start trusting what you already know.

From Transition to Transformation: Katelyn Hedin on Reconnecting to Self Through Mind, Body & Spirit

Katelyn Hedin has spent the last 10 years exploring healing modalities - Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, massage therapy, Reiki, and belief patterning work. Every transition she's moved through has shaped the work she offers women today.

In this conversation, Katelyn shares her journey from California to Calgary, preparing for her daughter's birth in 2022, and the postpartum identity shifts that sent her deeper into mindset work and reconnection. She talks about how motherhood motivated her to create a business that let her stay home with her daughter, and how recent experiences of loss and grief matured her ability to hold grounded, compassionate space for others.

Katelyn's intention is simple: create stillness and a safe container where women can be witnessed without needing to explain themselves. She helps them return to breath, body, boundaries, intuition, and sovereignty.

She offers four types of sessions from her barn-based practice near Cochrane (about 20 minutes west of Calgary):

• Full body release massage (head-to-toe melt)

Katelyn meets women where their nervous systems are. She might adjust the session after a conversation, even if you booked something different. The common thread in her work? Supporting women in threshold moments - between who they were and who they're becoming.

This is a Soul Messages episode - intuitive channeling, card pulls, and what's happening energetically and astrologically.

We're in a powerful week. Solar eclipse on the 17th. Transition from the year of the snake to the year of the fire horse. Saturn-Neptune conjunction on the 20th. This is karmic shift territory. Stay curious about what's unfolding.

I share personal examples of shifting energy: my kid getting recognized at work, my diagnosis of frozen shoulder and what I'm learning about accepting a long healing timeline. I connect this to my second Saturn return in the ninth house and my ongoing shift from fear and scarcity consciousness into reframing life as happening FOR me, not TO me.
