Most things in life come in a series of lessons; we learn in incremental steps or phases. In this episode we take what we learned in "Living In Bliss: 101" to the next level and begin to understand the importance to loving ourselves. Learning to see ourselves objectively and accepting and loving ourselves equally to others, is a crucial step to finding that balanced, peaceful and blissful life we desire.

In this episode we discuss what steps are necessary to begin to achieve a state of living where we experience bliss as a daily occurrence. Living in bliss isn't living in denial or ignorance, but a mind set we can achieve despite the conditions we find ourselves experiencing throughout our day. It's a place of calm and acceptance of all the conditions and circumstances we're  surrounded with.

In 1981, an alien entity called, Ra contacted a small group of researchers in channelling and the paranormal. Ra then channelled through them to give an accounting of their historic contact with humans and began to unfold a concept of how all living things in the universe are connected and part of God the Creator. This material was given over a period of 4 years and in over 160 different sessions and consists of information meant to enlighten humanity as well as fix some misunderstandings from their previous contacts with the Egyptian civilization nearly 9000 years ago. I've been approached many times asking of my opinion and thoughts on this material called, "The Law of One". In this, the 21st episode, I introduce to you the concept and share my thoughts and the 30 year process I went through to begin to accept with an open mind and understand the material given.
