Here in the West, meditation as a concept is often misunderstood as being something foreign and not necessary to our daily lives. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Fact is meditation is critical to the development and evolution of our very soul. In this our 9th episode, we discuss the many variations of meditation and their importance to our spiritual and mental health. There are great and fantastic answers in the silence of meditation.

Life has been challenging to say the least the past several months. Even though we’ve been socially distant we don’t have to be spiritually isolated. In these uncertain times it’s more important than ever to understand the purposes for difficult times such as Covid-19 and the Capitol Insurrection on January 6, 2021. It’s vital that we stay positive and send love and light to defeat negative dark forces. It’s up to every one of us to be the change we desire to see around us. You are All loved!

Why are people so curious and do so many of us have such a desire to know the unknowable? In Episode 7, we investigate the connection between curiosity and why mystery is so important to our very survival and evolutionary process.

Troubles and challenges, we all have them. Episode 6 is a quick explanation of how difficulties in our lives are quite often the very reason for our very existence on Earth at this time. It’s up to each of us to recognize that life’s hardships always serve a greater purpose and that is to evolve our very own soul beyond this lifetime and aids us in our journey home to reunification with God the Creator.

Do you ever wonder why some people behave in inexplicable, violent, selfish or simply clueless ways? In many cases they come by these immaturities in innocence. When a soul/spirit complex leaves second density and enters third density as a human for the first  time, they carry  with them the faint reminders of a life in the wild surviving for the self. After a series of incarnations as a human, they begin to mature and evolve on a spiritual level.

Love is a many faceted expression of emotion but it’s also the very blood that pumps through the universe in the form of light, matter and dark matter. It’s a force of creation and destruction and is the primary lesson we humans are in the  process of learning.

It’s the big question isn’t it? The fear and confusion of life after death can be too overwhelming for some people to understand, despite ones personal views on religion or metaphysics. It’s the not knowing that frightens us. Fear not, there is a transition and there is help for each and every one of us! 

In this, episode 3, we’ll explore some of the process of death and dying and give each of us hope and take the fear away from the next transition into our life of near eternal existence! Love abounds and it’s for us All!

We all have hardship and difficult times in our lives. Sometimes however, there can be more to a situation than coincidence. There are forces in this universe of light and positivity and forces for negativity and darkness. Sometimes when we shine a bright light into the darkness these negative forces seek to put that light out and we find ourselves in a battle, defending ourself from these beings of darkness.

In Episode 2 we seek to learn how to defended ourselves in times of battle and how to see ourselves and our actions in a simpler light and without judgment. We learn how to manage our own positive polarity without judgement of self or others.
