On this episode I share about the 3 pillars required to resolve patterns that had become stuck in duality. These patterns may have been passed down generationally or picked up and believed culturally, religiously or within Societal structures.

If the resolution is not found within this incarnation, it can be because it is coming from another incarnation of ones SOUL that the soul intended to resolve in this life. This is where past life regression and quantum healing hypnosis session can be really helpful to heal this.

I just completed a program called Aspectology this week offered by the crimson circle which dives deep into New Energy Psychology to understand how we have created aspects unconsciously which can be helpful and also create trauma patterns of stuck energies. Through understand how us HUMANS have created our life patterns unconsciously is super empowering to understand how we can NOW create our life's consciously through a healthier self esteem vis self acceptance and shifting limiting patterns of thoughts and beliefs and behaviours etc

On this episode I dive into the creational tool of imagination and using it to project into the future what we truly desire rather than using it through fear and worry of imagining what we don't want into the future timelines now. Remembering that the point of power and presence is always ihn the HERE and NOW.

This weeks guest is my lovely friend, the " keeping it real "talk Michelle Carpenter. Michelle has a big backstory of what got her to where she is from Zimbabwe to South African to New Zealand.

Michelle has encounters many difficulties along the way of her earthly life (s), taking on many challenges as a SOUL to heal, forgive, resolve and then go on to support others with via her deeply authentic way of being through her work, psychic gifts and mediumship offerings. Michelle currently lives in Nelson New Zealand and offers in person and online sessions and events.

As deep as her human challenges have gone this life which includes sexual abuse as a young girl, the infidelity of her first husband and running a lady over in her car is as high as her JOYFUL humorous smile and radiant being shines through with deep deep compassion for her humanity. A journey that continues to unfold for her with humility while embracing all the human emotions, a-ha moments and embodied realisations.
