    Summary

Graham and Paola open this episode of Divine Timing with a playful skit about blackout warnings and incoming meteors, then turn to the real subject: how “the end is near” messages can freeze people in fear and lead them to put their lives on hold. Back home in Sydney, they explore how to tell the calm, grounded guidance of God from the anxious pull of fear. Along the way they talk about the lessons of COVID and why living, loving and creating is the whole point of being here.

Paola describes the stages of waking up, from being unaware, to being angry at what is happening in the world, to becoming a conscious creator who is aware but no longer run by it. Graham shares how he has been caught up in politics himself, and how outside events can become a reason to avoid personal responsibility. Together they look at when anger is healthy and when it becomes poison.

The episode ends with a guided meditation for closing the “open tabs” in the mind, coming back to the present moment and asking God a simple question. It closes with a heartfelt prayer for everyone listening.

    Takeaways

    * Fear isn’t guidance. Graham and Paola describe God’s voice as calm and grounded, while fear feels urgent and anxious, and that difference is a reliable way to tell them apart.

    * Don’t put life on hold for “the end.” Living, loving and creating is the point of being here, and world events can quietly become a reason to avoid personal responsibility.

    * Look where you want to go. Awareness of what’s happening in the world is healthy, but focus on what you want to create, not on what you fear, much like steering toward the open road instead of the tree.

Here is the episode that started it all.

In January 2025 Paola and I visited Manzanillo, Mexico and had the idea of creating our own podcast together. Unsure of where the conversation might lead, we decided to just have fun and share what we loved most about life, God and divine timing.

  • A Natural Gateway To God?

    Welcome back for another episode,

Today we decided to share a fun chat that we had in the park recently about God and nature.

Have you ever felt God’s presence while in nature?

    Summary

This episode is a little different. It’s explorative and fun as we head out into the heart of Nature and share our beliefs & views when it comes to God and Nature.

Could it be that God exists in Nature ? Or that God is Nature? While our perspectives maybe a little different, we hold one thing in common, that God is the Divine Creator.

    Topics we touched on:

    * Can you find God in nature?

    * Is worshiping creation the same as worshiping the Creator?

    * What role do traditional frameworks like churches play in our spiritual journey?

    * Is God masculine or feminine? Neither?

    * Jesus’ teaching that our bodies are our temples

    * The secret of returning to childlike wonder

Paola shares that while she sees the essence of God in nature she wouldn’t say nature is God, but rather a beautiful gift to be honoured. Graham explores the idea that if God is in everything and everyone, then honouring creation might also be honouring God.

We reflected on Jesus’ teaching that our bodies are temples, meaning we don’t need a physical church to access God. Even though churches can still be meaningful for those who feel called to them.

Paola emphasized that Jesus’ sacred heart is illuminated because God is accessed through the heart, not through logical thinking. We talked about returning to childlike wonder (innocent, imaginative, and playful) as a pathway to God.

Graham brought up fascinating research from the HeartMath Institute showing that the heart can perceive events before they happen, suggesting the heart has access to wisdom beyond time and logic.

Ultimately, we agreed that God can’t be fully captured in language or frameworks. As Joseph Campbell said, “God” is just a word pointing to something that transcends all thinking.

What matters most is the personal relationship. The lived, felt experience of the Divine, whether that happens in a church, in nature, or in the quiet of your own heart.

Have you ever felt God’s presence while in nature?

  • For The Love Of God - Just Give Me A Sign!

In this episode, we dive deep into the moments where we find ourselves standing at a crossroads, asking God for clarity, confirmation, or just one clear sign.

We explore why a regulated nervous system is essential to actually receive those signs to hear, feel, and see guidance without distortion. We share practical ways to ground your energy, reconnect with your body, and clear mental noise, including:

    • Grounding techniques

    • Nature Therapy

    • Our brain-dumping protocol

    • Releasing attachments with how you want the sign to show up

We also open up about our own experiences — the difference between being in divine flow versus gripping tightly to a desired outcome — and how we now recognize the energetic shift between the two.

To close the episode, we guide you through a powerful NLP grounding meditation to help re-centre your nervous system and bring you back into alignment.

You can replay and download the meditation portion by clicking below.

Thank you for joining us, we loved sharing this one with you.

See you in the next episode.

  • "This isn't working, I want my life back! But at what cost?"

“This isn’t working, I want my life back! But at what cost?”

Have you heard yourself saying this before? Because we sure have.

Are you currently in a position where you’re exhausting yourself by over contributing to someone? You’re coming from a place of love and compassion BUT now it’s just an expectation. You’re stuck in a spiral and don’t know how to get out.

“When we carry someone’s growth for them, we rob them of their strength and capability to rise.”

This episode is for anyone who finds themselves in a season of life where they’ve stretched beyond their limits constantly giving too much to someone else. Whether it’s a partner, friend, or family member, your generosity may have unintentionally enabled them to stay the same, without growth or accountability.

We also dive even deeper into the soul lessons and the higher meaning behind this.

In this episode, we open up about our own experiences with over-giving, and share how we recognized the pattern, set boundaries, and navigated our way toward healthier relationships. Graham also shares a powerful metaphor about how a butterfly needs to go through the challenges within the cocoon to build strong enough wings to fly.

Thank you Irene Kigais, Kathleen Ludwig, Mia Ball, Sylvia Wilson, Sue jones, and many others for tuning into our live video! Join us for our next live video in the app.

Have you been able to recognize any hidden benefits you’re receiving from continuing a dysfunctional relationship or dynamic?
