Today I'm joined by my good friend Mersadez Hemphill.  She is a professional commercial fashion model, model coach, creative director and influencer.  She is also one of the people I check in with frequently to make sure I'm not losing my mind in this crazy world.  As powerful women of influence, we are always under attack and susceptible to the dangerous game of comparison and envy.
