Hi all, thank you for coming back for another episode of mine. If you would have told me what my soul searching would have actually been like, early last year, I would have not believed you lol. I was on my moral high horse a bit if I must admit but nonetheless I overcame 2023 and its surprises. I came out on the other side more certain, empowered, and clear. So, here's my soul-searching story.

Hi there Deep Divers, let's talk about how jealous/envious feelings can help pinpoint areas within ourselves we wanna work on. Let's be more mindful of how we spend our energy... instead of feeling some type of way toward others, we can harness that and direct it to ourselves and transmute that into growth and self-love.
