As sad as I am to wrap up this series on Ruth I am excited to bring it all together. We will see God’s hand in the history of this story and the correlation of Boaz being Ruth’s kinsmen-redeemer to Jesus being ours.

Ruth 3 sure doesn’t disappoint. We can learn from Ruth’s willingness to be a hard worker. Naomi’s perspective changing which caused a shift in attitude. Believing without seeing which Jesus says is blessed and honorable. Naomi’s wisdom on how Ruth should approach Boaz and Boaz’s response to Ruths request! Be ready to learn along the way!

In this episode we wrap up Ruth 1 and move right into Ruth 2 where we find Naomi and Ruth return to Bethlehem. We will learn about humbleness, taking responsibility, God’s orchestration, a good name, kindness, attitudes, being satisfied and so much more!

I never thought the story of Ruth was the most interesting one I’ve ever read about. That quickly changed as I started to dive in and gleaned so much just from the first couple of verses. Now I’m obsessed with what we can learn and apply to our lives! Can’t wait for you to fall in love with this book of the Bible as well.

After a recent encounter I realized we seem to be more connected to a little device called a smartphone than to those around us.
