I recently heard a story about a guy named Marty that had a pretty significant impact on me. I can’t wait for you to listen as I share it with you with the goal of making us more aware of those nudges, acting on them and seeing Jesus in those around us.

After a recent encounter I realized we seem to be more connected to a little device called a smartphone than to those around us. We lack in being present and have made ourselves accessible to everyone except those present! My goal is to make ourselves aware and hopefully stop phubbing. (Listen to find out what that means.)

Chances are we don't make the best decisions when it comes to physical food and to go a step further spiritual food leaving us full of regret. Let’s unpack the word mantle together. It’s a term often used in the Bible to refer to anointing. I’m excited to dive into a particular Bible character who carried his mantle well and gives us some insight on how to carry ours as well.

Psalm 119 is referred to the Mt. Everest of Psalms. In part 2 we continue to conquer this chapter that is full of insight into God’s character, His word and how it applies to us in our relationship with Him!

Psalm 119 is the longest chapter in the Bible. Since it’s so long it would be easy to read it mindlessly but, after being tempted to do that myself, we are going to see what we can glean from this chapter. We couldn’t dive in properly in one episode so this will be a two part episode.

My husband recently talked about Barnabus in the Bible and how he was such an encourager.

I was raised as a kid with the Bill Gothard teachings so watching the series Shiny Happy People hit home on so many levels. In this podcast I am going to share my take on the cult that is IBLP and how digging into my past has explained so much about how I grew up. This is my story and my perspective.
