Myah Kehoe is one of the founding partners of Kehoe Moneyhun Law, LLC. She is a trained mediator and collaborative divorce attorney who is licensed in Oregon and Washington.

Ms. Kehoe went to college at the University of California, Santa Cruz. After graduating, Ms. Kehoe moved to Oregon and began law school at Willamette University in Salem. She graduated from law school in 2007.

Prior to and during law school, Ms. Kehoe worked for various law practices. Throughout this work, she was afforded many opportunities to draft legal documents. As a law student, she earned a certificate in “Alternative Dispute Resolution”, which included her first mediation training. During her last year of law school, Ms. Kehoe also worked for Willamette University’s Clinical Law Program, in which she tried real custody cases and successfully argued on behalf of a domestic violence survivor at the Oregon Court of
Appeals.

Following law school, Ms. Kehoe worked at Multnomah County Courthouse for a year and a half. During the first year, she was a Family Law Facilitator and Clerk. These positions allowed Ms. Kehoe to help unrepresented litigants prepare and file their own legal paperwork. In her final six months working at the courthouse, she was promoted to a Judicial Clerk position, in which she assisted all ten of the family law judges in Multnomah County.

In December 2008, Ms. Kehoe opened the doors to her law firm and has been running a successful family law practice since. The firm primarily focuses on family law mediation, collaborative divorce, document review, and self-represented “pro se” assistance (also known as “unbundled services”) and began offering services to Washington State residents in 2019.

Kehoe Moneyhun Law, LLC is a combination of the family law practice Kehoe Law (formerly Osher Law) and the estate planning law practice The Law Office of Marisa Moneyhun.

Hon. Julie Kunce Field (Ret.) In 2021, Judge Field retired from the trial court
bench in the 8th Judicial District for Colorado after almost 11 years, to co-found
the Consilium® Institute and J. Field Mediation. Judge Field is recognized
throughout Colorado and nationally for her leadership and trainings on issues
related to domestic relations, domestic violence, mental health, mediation, and
judicial and community education. She founded the Confidentiality Institute in 2001, which focused on the law and ethics related to privacy and safety for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. As a trial judge, she presided over a mixed docket of felony, complex civil litigation, domestic relations, appeals, and child abuse and neglect, among other cases. She created and oversaw the award-winning Wellness Court, a unique mental health problem-solving court. Judge Field’s three passions are (1) helping people figure out things they can’t decide for themselves; (2) teaching; and (3) changing the world for the better. All three of those passions are achievable for Judge Field and for all family law professionals through the
innovative Consilium® Institute.

Attorney Heidi Webb is the creator of the innovative Consilium Process, which works with clients, attorneys, and judges and other allied professionals to navigate a better way through divorce. Heidi has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and before the Federal District and Appeals Courts since 1986. She joined her family's law firm, Webb, Webb and Martin, established by her grandfather in 1912. She developed her practice mainly in family law, representing parents and children, as an attorney and Guardian Ad Litem. Heidi is trained as a Mediator and a Collaborative Attorney.  Heidi has also worked for the Department of Social Services (now DCF) investigating cases of child abuse and neglect, the Mental Health Legal Advisors Committee advising psychiatric patients of their legal rights and the Office of the Middlesex District Attorney, both as a student prosecutor and as a researcher in the development of sentencing guidelines for perpetrators of child sexual abuse. Heidi is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and formerly a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council and the Social Law Library and has served as
an elected member of the Middlesex County Bar Association. Heidi currently serves on the Board of the Webb Innovation Center for Dyslexia (www.dyslexicswanted.org).

Since 1996, Cynthia (Cindy) Batchelder has practiced family law, including separation, divorce, child custody, child support, post-divorce enforcement, and other family law related matters. During her many years involved in divorce and family law litigation, Cindy developed the opinion that litigation is only necessary in a few, rare cases, and that resolution of divorce issues should be handled outside of the courtroom in the vast majority of situations. After 4 years in the public accounting world, he made the jump to the corporate tax world, where he worked the next 5 years for two Fortune 500 companies.  After his time in the corporate tax world, he realized his true passion was in working with Main Street businesses, and he made the not-very-common move back over to public accounting.
