Narcissist are all about themselves and so they are the only ones who are important in their life and therefore what happens to others is not important. At the very core of themselves, no one else matters. This is not just about self-love, this is self-love at the expense of everyone else, including their own kids!! Narcissists will not hesitate to discard, aka trash, anyone who doesn’t serve them. Their family, their friends, even their kids. 

In today’s episode I share how being married to a narcissist is not only hard but it is traumatic. We cover the stages of trauma bonding and how similar it is to Stockholm Syndrome and 3 steps you MUST take in order to leave a narcissist. None of this is easy but it is all worth it. 

What does a narcissist say verses what do they mean? Learning to put your radar up and interpret what they are saying and translating it into what they really mean. Just like any other language it takes time to learn and understand what a narcissist says and what they mean. When you learn to understand them, YOU have the ultimate power in this scenario even if you don’t feel like you do.
