In the first of our new audio series 'Anything but...' El Hunt, the boss of bizarre lines of enquiry and DIY magazine's features editor, chats to some of her favourite acts, but not a word about the music.

This episode features the brilliant Marika Hackman, (cough, who has just released an awesome, heart-breaking Christmas EP on Transgressive but we're not mentioning that obviously, cough, cough), covering all topics from cyber crime to killer squirrels. Enjoy.

This episode comes to you recorded live from brand new South London venue Omeara, where DIY took over the place to launch our top picks for 2107 that we think will be making a splash in the coming twelve months. In this episode we hear from Loyle Carner, Declan McKenna, Abattoir Blues and a certain king of the castle... Ben Lovett from Mumford's (it's his venue, be rude not to eh?).
