We're entering the Valley Of Denial, Early Birds!

Can and Sanem's feelings for one another haven't gone anywhere, but the engagement ring Saneem wears around her neck sure has! This causes the inSanemity to break loose as she frantically searches for it, and maybe in the process of looking, they'll both find what they can no longer deny.

Question of the Week: Speaking of inSanemity, what is your FAVORITE moment of it from the entire series??

We are covering some major ground this week between our two favorite Early Birds! Our favorite wild pirate has kidnapped Sanem and plenty of inSanemity ensues! We've got comedy, serious revelations, and a monumental cay-sharing scene!

Meanwhile, the souring Yogurt keeps turning, and now Sanem's cream business is in jeopardy! Who comes to the rescue when Yidiot's plan lands everyone in jail? We'll give you a hint: boyyyy does he clean up nicely! Finally, we have the beginning of a new era (Ortak Era, anyone?) and a huge revelation to end off the episode!

This week, we get a confession out of Yidiot, just not the one we were hoping for. Said confession causes confusion that threatens to undo the progress we've seen in Canem so far, but our favorite baba intervenes to get these two to talk it out! Meanwhile, Emre proposes procreation with a pacifier, Fikri Harika works on copyrighting Sanem's perfume, and Huma begins to see just how unhinged her partner in crime truly is.

Things are heating up this week, quite literally. Yidiot has gone from the ever so creepy Gimpy McFaker to straight up ARSONIST. Too bad the only thing it accomplishes is bringing Canem a step closer to one another. Meanwhile, Leyem is still a set of lying liars who lie, Can is determined to elicit a confession out of Yidiot, and thanks to an adventurous young boy, Can and Sanem spend the evening together in the woods, where Sanem discovers that he's read more of her book than she thinks. Oh, and did we mention THE DREAM Can has in this bolum?? Uuuffffff.

Question of the Week: What's your favorite Can look? Man bun? Half bun? No bun? (Thanks to our awesome friend Dena for this week's question!)

Can's back, baby! We've got another episode full of love, pain, and our favorite: communication! Join us as we chat boat sabotage, reading between the unspoken lines, and how much we ADORE baba Aziz. Isn't he just the best?! We've got loads of longing looks and even a photoshoot to add to the angst!

Question of the Week: In your ideal EK world, how would Yigit meet his end? Tell us your best thought of revenge for the creepy liar!

The magic is back and getting a fresh start, Early Birds!

Our beloved fairy tale, much like the phoenix, is beginning to rise from its ashes in this bolum. A year has passed, and there have been some ch-ch-ch-changes! Sanem's book has been published, nobody has heard from Can, Fikri Harika is now a fruit-stand, some familiar faces have resurfaced, and some new ones are introduced. Beware, this is one long angst-fest, but it's one of the most BEAUTIFUL ones you'll ever see onscreen (I mean, THAT THEATER SCENE AMIRIGHT?!).

Question of the Week: If you could ask Ayse only ONE question about EK, what would it be?? (Special shout-out to listener Amie for suggesting this week's question!)

ALL HAIL DIZI QUEEN AYSE WHO HAS 'WRITE'-FULLY RETURNED TO THE THRONE!!

This episode marks Ayse's return to the series, and her stamp is allllll over this bolum. We've got classic book quotes, the acknowledgement of issues that have been largely ignored or disregarded since she left, and some magical Canem moments that feel reminiscent of the early EK days. It's not all a bed of roses though, as we start to see Can and Sanem acknowledge their struggle with communication and trust in their relationship. It doesn't help that a couple of inHUMAne and Yidiotic people (we'll let you guess to whom we are referring) take their meddling to a level none of us could have imagined.

Question of the Week: How do you feel about the direction Ayse is taking the series in her return to the show?

Disaster. Awful. Terrible. An absolute dumpster fire.

These are just SOME of the descriptive words we use in this episode to describe Bolum 38 this week. Guys, this was rough. We're sure you can tell from the intro that we felt it was just a total abomination of our lovely show. Asli set the final fire to the house and watched it burn and we talked about it. Not much else to say but sorry for the hate episode. We love you all a LOT for sticking through it with us. Things will start to get better next week. <3

Question of the Week: We obviously hated this episode. We're sure YOU hated this episode. So, which part did you hate the most?? Share your most hated moment of this absolute disaster!

The Hot Mess Express has left the station, arkadaslar!

This episode is sort of all over the place plot-wise, and we definitely voice our thoughts on that.
Can and Sanem's only goal is to melt the ice between their mothers so they can plan their wedding. A surprise guest appears to be a beacon of hope to bridge that gap, but really just serves as yet another road block. When our favorite ship decides to set sail for themselves by eloping, the wind is quickly let out of their sails when two particularly [ahem] lame people have the exact same idea...

Question of the Week: We are borrowing a question that one of you awesome Early Birds asked us in our Ask Us Anything episode: If you could omit ONE episode of the series (and any events that occurred in that episode would be as though they never happened), which one would you delete and why?

    Hey Early Birds!

Join us for a quick bonus episode as we discuss the {as our lovely listener Kalena calls it} "from-lion-to-cub" haircut and adjust to the Benjamin Button effect it's had on our still very handsome Can Bey.
