“For many years I have been on a quest of spiritual enlightenment. When I first started writing for my web-site, thoughts and messages would come to me in waves of information. These thoughts would start coming usually between 8:00 and 11:00 PM in the evening, going back to 2006. By 2008 I was able to communicate with 3 spirit guides, whom I had learned of from my Native American friends. The names of these guides are Chief White Buffalo, Chief Seattle, and the Great Chief Fools Crow.

During this time I wrote these thoughts to be shared and passed on to others. Over the past few years, I have spent much time alone in meditation.
