DJ Erikk Raphael : The Live Sessions

Send us Fan Mail

I wouldn't say I like to release back-to-back, but with traveling and new business ventures, I have been swamped with work. But I hope you like Soar I really love the afro house genre and I feel it really underplayed so I think I will do more of these type of live sets for season 3 of the live sessions .Sit back, relax and take flight and enjoy Soar🥰

Well, it's here fall. It is one of my favorite seasons, sweater weather, grey sweatpants, pumpkin spice, and Halloween. My opening track thriller I have been saving to use this since last November. Thriller is the official song of Halloween, lol. My return to the peak hour hope you enjoy my ghouls and goblins

Time to go back to my roots and feel those drums of my people.  I Love the afro house genre so much I could spin it for hours and just get lost in the vibe. Soooo do me a favor and sit back turn the volume a little bit louder and dim the lights have a drink, smoke, edible, or whatever you choose to help you just vibe with the soul of the music .....trust me you will bathe in the warmth of the of my people.

I hope this finds you healthy and in good spirits. Here is my July installment of the zodiac. After 3 long agonizing days of DJ block is what I'm going to call it 😂🤦🏽. I couldn't get into the groove and the set was not flowing well or how I wanted it to. But I had a breakthrough and I think I finally got the songs to flow as a unit. I hope that translates well for you guys and gets you moving and in the mood to dance.  Love ❤️ -Erikk

I know it is a few days early for my monthly set but I couldn’t wait for my return to the Afro-house genre which is becoming my favorite type of music to play. You can play it anytime night or day in any mood it’s that beat, those rhythmic drums, and those airy vocals that take you to a place that is anything you need it to be. This is my journey and I’m so thankful you are coming with me.

So after all the amazing messages, I received about loving Gemini Pride.. I decided to drop a first-time-ever Side B.  More of my favorite club tracks from the 90s which hands down was the best time for house music.  I was so blessed to be able to experience it first hand. So I hope Side B continues to remind you of those amazing nights and early mornings of a 90s club kid. I suppose it is fitting that we have two live Zodiac sets this month since it is Gemini
