Hey Everyone It has been a minute since my last podcast. I needed to take a few months off to recharge my batteries, but I'm ready to make a return. Seeing that it's summer time, I decided to bring the heat for the return mix. The June 2023 Mix is a mix of 90s and 2000s R&B with a touch of some smooth hip hop tracks. Thanks again for all of your support. Don't forget to share the mix with your friends and to rate and review.

Happy New Year! As I reflect back on 2022, the highlight for me was the return to IRL events. It was great feeling the energy while performing in a live setting. I would like to thank all of the clients who trusted me to curate the soundtrack to their events. I'd also like to thank all of the vendors I had the opportunity to work alongside to deliver memorable events. My other fond memory of 2022 was Tik Tok. It is amazing how creative and informative some of the content creators are on that platform. Yes, I admit I spent way too much time on the app watching videos, but it also served as the inspiration for my latest podcast. The January mix features a few of the songs that served as the soundtrack to 2022 and I added a few of my favourites along the way. It's 90 minute musical journey from dancehall, to R&B, to dance, to amapiano. Have a listen as you start off your work week, and let me know what you think. I don't make New Year resolutions, instead I attempt to live my life by focusing POSITIVE and PROGRESSIVE activities and not worrying about things I can't control or are negative. I wish you all a positive and progressive 2023! DJ Real Deal

What's Up Everyone! DJ Real Deal is back with his monthly mix to get you through long cold November days. Reminiscing about the mid 90s 'beat pon furnance' basement party vibes. A little lovers rock, some dancehall with the latest dances and then transition into some 'funky' music. End of the night everyone left happy and hopefully with some phone numbers. Don't forget to rate, review, like and subscribe and let us know if you have any feedback. Thanks and enjoy the mix!
