For Weeklyteers who have been out to Walt Disney World and used MagicBands, the implimentation at Disneyland may confuse you. When they arrive sometime this fall, front gate cast members will continue to use the iPhones to scan the MagicBand. A big, green, gamma radiated Avenger has started making appearances at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure. The Hulk, which was previewed and announced to be coming to Avengers Campus, has begun greeting guests in front of the Avengers Headquarters building. What makes this character greeting so unique is the large size! Donald Duck will be joining popcorn bucket Mickey as a cute Halloween sipper at the park. Donald is dressed in a candy corn costume for Halloween, and is carrying a small trick or treat bucket for treats. Donald isn’t the only one getting in on the act of dressing up for Halloween and going on sale! Mike Wazowski in a pumpkin costume is the new design for a bottle topper with straw. The topper allows guests to drink from a bottle of soda or water without an open top. The straw allows for the bottle to be held upright as well. Mobile ordering is the wave of the future according to Disneyland. Recently, registers were removed from the Emporium and replaced with new merchandise islands. Weeklyteers who are going to be at the resort soon can take a photo with a new Hocus Pocus 2 photo op in Downtown Disney. The location is a new one for a photo op and is sort of out of the way. It is located between Tortilla Jo’s and Splitsville away from the main walkway. Last year, a new separate-ticketed event came to Disneyland for the holidays. Disney Merriest Nites at Disneyland Park took place last year over 5 select nights.
