Another location is returning on Friday. The Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree will be offering their new menu of barbecue dishes. Starting today, a new Lightning Lane experience will debut at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. The Lightning Lane Premiere Pass will allow guests one-time entry to each Lightning Lane experience without the need to book a return time in the Disneyland App, or buy a Lightning Lane Single Pass. This, of course, comes with a downside. The first guests experienced Tiana’s Bayou Adventure on Monday. Magic Key holder previews began and we got our first glimpse into what the Disneyland version of the attraction is like. Key holders needed to join a virtual queue to ride, but those that were successful were able to be among the first in the attraction. The Disneyland version is much better paced than the Magic Kingdom version, with a lot of animatronics and almost no slowdown of the story or show scenes. We have an explanation for the holidays creeping in on the Halloween festivities at Disneyland. In the last couple of weeks, snow has been appearing on Sleeping Beauty Castle, way before the end of Halloween. We found out why this week. Performances for the upcoming holiday specials were filmed this week, which needed the decorations. Guests watching Fantasmic! have been getting a much different show recently. The LEGO store in Downtown Disney is closed for refurbishment, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t some fun to be had. On Saturday, October 26th and Saturday, November 2nd, the LEGO Store is hosting a make-and-take castle build activity. Participants will build a small LEGO creation that they will be able to keep. We talked about the renaming of the lounge at the Disneyland Hotel to the Broken Spell Lounge. The Disney Eats Instagram page made the name official with an opening date of October 21st.
