Some do yoga.  Some play video games. Hell, we even talk to each other just to relax sometimes. The important thing about this topic is that no matter what, you find a way to relax.  Stress is never good for anyone.

Why on earth do strive to be like other people? Celebrity obsession is a actual thing believe it or not. I mean we are guilty of it too but why are we so excited to see someone we see on TV is what it boils down too?
