Savannah Arroyo is the Founder & CEO of Networth Nurse™. She works Part Time as an RN at a beautiful hospital here in Los Angeles, California. She is also a Real Estate Investor.

When she first started working as a Registered Nurse, she naturally found myself working in leadership positions. She served on committees, helped lead process improvement initiatives and worked to problem solve critical situations. Shortly after she started working, she went back to school to receive my Masters of Science in Nursing Leadership and Administration. Since then she has led clinical services in a variety of settings.

Working as a Registered Nurse has taught her how to thrive in a fast paced, interdisciplinary team of medical professionals. She has had the privilege of working with unforgettable patients, brilliant physicians and caretakers that will forever hold a place in her heart.

While on maternity leave with her second daughter – She started evaluating her current investments and her ability to build wealth, and became so discouraged thinking that the next break I’d get from work would be when I was 65 and retired. She was under the impression that the only way to build wealth was to pick up extra shifts at the hospital – until she discovered Real Estate investing. Real Estate investing is a powerful tool to build wealth. After a great deal of research, education and team building she started investing in Real Estate. She currently operates Real Estate Syndications, primarily for Healthcare Professionals. She discovered there is a huge gap in financial education for high income earners. The majority of Nurses that she knows are making good money, but are still living paycheck to paycheck. Savannah realized there was a huge need for resources, community, and education, which led to the creation of Networth Nurse™.
