DNVR Denver Nuggets Podcast

On today's show, Adam Mares visits with Kirk Henderson of Mavs Moneyball to discuss a theory on roster building around Nikola Jokic and Luka Doncic. Like LeBron James, both players are capable of doing most of the heavy lifting for a team on the offensive end. So is talent actually the wrong way to look at roster building around them? Could more offensive talent actually be a bad thing?

We look at examples from Cleveland with LeBron, Golden State with Steph Curry, and Houston/Philadelphia with James Harden to see what has and has not worked for those teams over the last decade.

The Nuggets have spent the week on road. Started with wins over the Spurs and Pacers, but got grounded in Boston.

Miroslav and Voja are joined by Connor Ducey, aka Will Barton Union Leader to discuss how awesome KCP has been, and how happy should we be with the 8 and 4 record, considering the schedule and who they've beaten so far. They also speak about MPJ struggling recently and about which recent Nuggets would help in this year's playoffs.
