Today I get to sit down and talk with another incredible friend who has taken back his life in the battle against cancer and turned his body into the athletic machine he always wanted. Will shares his story of being the "fat kid" in school, which lead to the internalization of that and an unhealthy lifestyle. Though it all changed after he was shocked with the news of cancer. Will has endless advice, motivation, and tips for us all on taking on hard challenges, building success habits and fulfilling our best life. I'm sure there is something for everyone in this episode.
