In this lengthy but fun episode I had the honor to talk to Duane Schanke.
Duane happens to be a 7ish foot tall mountain man who uses a chainsaw as his pocket knife. However, that is not the reason I talked to him about manhood, as I believe real manhood goes much deeper and further than superficial attributes like might and strength.
Boko Suzuki is a professional fitness coach, musician and more.
But if you would have to sum Boko up in one word, it would probably be passion. Passion for learning new things as well as passion for teaching others.
In this episode you will get to hear about Boko’s journey which ranges from music-directing on Broadway, Off-Broadway and National Tours to becoming a fitness coach and running his own gym in Denver Colorado and how through all of this his attitude of "being a student" played a crucial role.
Sam Dantzler is a well known name in the power sports industry.
But aside from giving highly entertaining key note speeches across the nation and the world, he’s also quite the athlete, entrepreneur and family man.
Currently, one of his big passions in life is cycling, which includes doing renowned races like Haute Route.
In today’s conversation you get to hear about who Sam is as well as his thoughts on what "suffering" means to him, be it in things like sports or in life.
