Are you fearful or standing on the stage? 

Are you fearful of jumping in the pool when you don't know swimming?

Are you fearful about talking to your boss? 

Whenever you start taking new actions, doing new things you will experience a lot of fear and if you are not experiencing fear means you are not doing new things, taking new actions, not getting out of your comfort zones. 

Fear is not to avoid and something that should be avoided

it is something that should be faced head on

should be embraced

means you moving in the right direction

FEar does it even exist? 

or is it even real? 

Fear is provoked by emotions and not by rational thinking

As a child you feared of some ghost or something

As a young man you fear of your teacher,

so when do you stop fearing, when do you stof being fearful. 

Looking at your watch, you know the time is now. 

ACTION is what puts fear on the backseat

FEAR is the sign that says go ahead and do whatever you FEAR.

so don't stop when you FEAR

Win over it every single time.

Donot ever be in the middle, don't be neither RICH nor POOR. Because that is not place to be. Because no such place exists. 

You are either rich or poor. You can't be anywhere in the middle. This middle thing, this average concept is created by the poor who failed in becoming  Rich and didn't want to be called poor, so started calling them average. 

Who likes the POOR? Do You? 

If you are a POOR husband you are not a good husband, if you are a POOR Father, you are not a good Father, and so on. 

Come on On you can't be that. You can't be Poor. The only way to be is to be RICH.

and when I say about being RICH, 

People take is as only having a lot of money. 

but No. 

Yes, Money is an essential part of it but it's only about money.

If you can do one thing to yourself, then stop living in the past. 

Stop carrying the past with you

Don't burden your shoulder or your legs

to take you to the future with the past hanging. 

We very often we end up not taking ACTION because we are carrying so much from the PAST

We don't talk to our client, because something went wrong in the past

We are afraid of learning new things 

We are afraid of getting that new skilling

or mastering that sport

making new friends

adding a new partner

a new employee

growing your business

why? 

because something went wrong in the past. 

because your Dad failed with something in the PAST, 

all the future generations are not going to ever give it a try.

Why because my grand father failed with this. 

Come on

Give me a break

Give me a promise

Learn from the past, 

Stop being the victim

Expand your view

Think big

and live in the moment. 

THE PAST IS ALWAYS TENSE, FUTURE PERFECT

You need to leave from one place to reach to the next one. 

You need to leave the past to reach the future. 

The longer you hold on to things. 

My Past is everything that I failed to be, but my FUTURE has everything that I want to be.

Everybody wants to WIN but not body does what it takes to WIN.

Given a Chance everybody wants to be First, every body wants to WIN. That's default.

But there is another default too setup in our system and it needs to change. 

This default is not doing what it takes to WIN

So you want to to get what you WANT

you first need to reset and change a few things.

You need to deserve what you want

and How do you deserve what you want? 

you make yourself worth it. 

You take yourself so high

You elevate yourself so high 

that no body but you WINs

The TROPHY would never come to you. 

You Need  to do the work to get the TROPHY and also work much then everybody else but every body else also want the TROPHY

so you need to work and you need to OUTWORK every single person

in your INDUSTRY

in your SOCIETY

in your COUNTRY or in the UNIVERSE

Nobody can be great without being dedicated

Without Outworking others

Work the hell out of you

You will always be having to do things you don't want to do

Things you hate to do

so why not embrace it

why not give my 120% to it and make it mine. 

I leave a mark to whatever I do. 

Everybody leaves a mark at what they do. 

and More than every body else, you see that mark. 

You know from within that you could have done it betteer

you could have given better

you could have built a better product

so you could have done and built a better one

what stopped you from doing it? 

Because you got BORED

or you got TIRED

comeon you can't get BORED of creating the best PRODUCT

you can't give up before completing the work

and work is only completed when you have given your 100% to it. 

and that is the only way to Greatness. 

Nothing else can take you far far from where you are

and closer to where you want to be. 

It would be your dedication, 

you commitment 

to deliver and give 120% to whatever I do

and not whatever I Love to do. 

Things that don't make SENSE to you, things that CHALLENGE to you

be READY to do those every single time. 

I am a Chartered Accountant and I had accounting & taxation but there was nothing else I could do. 

I wanted to Technology, learn new things but my degree, the time I had given to get that degree and the society, a good job and everything else around

kept saying me you can't do anything else but Audits and accounting and so on. 

But embraced the change

the challenge

and took up Technology as my career

Started fresh, from scratch.

Do not be easy on yourself.

Do not invest money but invest time and spend money.

The capacity to strengthen and increase your hunger is the one common denominator amongst the most successful people.  I believe that’s the single most important element that separates the quality of people’s lives. It’s not just the ability to have hunger, but to sustain it.

When you can't eat for tomorrow, sleep for tomorrow. Even the mighties the Sun can rise twice today instead of tomorrow. Why do you worry for tomorrow TODAY? 

Can I perform tomorrow's deeds while standing in today's path? Can I place tomorrow's gold in today's purse? Can tomorrow's child be born today? Can tomorrow's death cast its shadow backward and darken today's joy?
