Join Kristi, Eden Rasmussen, and Kenzie Evans in a discussion about one of our favorite books. “The Choice” is by Edith Eger, a holocaust and Auschwitz survivor, psychologist, and master of the “healing arts.” This book is an authentic and inspiring account of what it takes to heal and escape the prisons of our own minds.
Kenzie is a mom of three kids under two. She is a soccer coach and trainer, and is passionate about women's health within soccer and other sports.
Eden is a graduate from BYU, has been a web editor at an academic journal, an online teacher, and a social worker for those with disabilities. Eden is interested in art, literature, psychology, and nutrition, as well as the intersection between these topics. She loves living close to so much of her family, and finds joy in being an aunt to lots of nieces and nephews.
We have loved reading and learning from Dr. Eger through this book. Follow along on our social media throughout the next week as we highlight some of the gems we have found, and feel free to share your own!
We can’t say this enough—if you haven’t read this book yet, put it at the top of your list!
