Are omega 3’s really worth supplementing?

Omega 3's seem to be one of the most ubiquitous supplements but do we really to pill pop them and are the claims justified?

Overwhelming evidence shows eating foods that contain Omega 3 like oily fish, grass fed meat and algae, suport almost every part of our body - from our cognitive and cardiovascular health to reducing inflammation and lowering blood pressure. However research shows the same can’t necessarily be said for supplements.

So who, if anyone, should be taking omega 3 and which supplements are better?
