2020 was a hell of a year...
We went through a lot, we learned a lot, and here we are looking at 2021 and already, people are saying "2021 is just 2020 with bangs...".
How the heck are we supposed to move on? Well, sit down and listen to Vaney, Dan and now joining us for the first time, Bri, as we talk about things we've had to let go of over the years and how we did it.
What happens when you only make withdrawals from your account? It tends to drop and eventually, you'll run out of money. We know that in order to keep our balance positive you have to make deposits too.
Think about how you treat your relationships, at work, at home, in day to day life... A lot of us tend to make way more withdrawals than we do deposits.
Think about how you can intentionally make deposits into those around you, the people you work with, the people you live with and the people you interact with every day. You will be surprised at how much changes and how good it feels to pour into others.
Right now, more than ever, people seem divided and polarized. It feels like there's no middle ground, lack of reason and a lot of negative emotions on any side of most major issues. But we think there's a better way. What if we understood that for the most part, we only disagreed to a degree. What if we looked for growth and common ground, rather than disagreement and division. We think that there's a better way to have discussions, both large and small. We think it's possible to disagree to a degree, find common ground and move forward together.
In this episode, we kick off our CEO Series with our dear friend, Natalie Eisenberg of ClickRain Inc.
We talk about her background, what fuels her passion to grow, and what ClickRain does to truly live into their mission of being a "people first" agency.
Today we're talking about ... *queue sinister music...* COMMITMENT!
We know that this can be a big scary word, but we promise once you learn to understand commitment and in what ways you can benefit from exercising it, you'll be better off in so many areas of your life.
Something we say a lot at Think 3D is "doers only". What that means is simply that someone can have something to say about your performance, your actions, etc. - they just can't do it from their couch. Something we firmly believe in and encourage everyone to adopt is the fact that the price of an opinion is participation.
We have some big things happening both at a community level and a national level, and now, arguably more than ever people have a lot of opinions about what should or shouldn't be happening. But some how we've lost the understanding that we need to not only just give opinions, but support those opinions with our actions and participation.
Get off your couch, go participate.
In order for businesses and organizations to create incredible cultures, we know that participation and buy-in are requirements. But, how do you create that participation and level of ownership? By and large, businesses need to put in the intentional effort to build participation in their teams and look for ways to create ownership.
Ladies and gentlemen, friends and colleagues man has it been a ride the last year making content for you.
We've been talking about taking our content production to another level and produce not only content for you to consume related to all things Think 3D, but to continue to produce our flavor of content for the community at large.
We've had an incredible time and we want to thank each and everyone of you who listen for your incredible support.

Sam Cooke said it best, "A change is gonna come". One of the inevitable and most necessary things in life is change. However, sometimes the abrupt or forced nature of change can be jarring. Especially right now.
We look at change as something that we can do, not something that happens to us. And when we choose to develop and EVOLVE over time, even larger scale, abrupt changes can feel less impactful or jarring due to our preparedness.
