"Failure is a stepping stone for success." As Benson Langat practiced running to provide a route for him from Kenya to America, he learned that the path to success starts with the power of gratitude. The mental stability built from this practice helped him to overcome the hardships in his life. Listen to hear Benson and Tamien dive into this thoughtful discussion. 

There's a few familiar faces in this episode. And I'm Bri, one of those faces you'll hear from. When we filmed this episode I had actually put in my notice that I was leaving Think 3D to take another job, but over the weeks leading up to that transition I continued to feel pulled to stay. The power of a strong team that cares deeply about its employees and truly wants the best for everyone had somehow become easy to take for granted. But I'm happy to announce, contrary to what I said at the time of recording this podcast, I'm continuing in my role here at Think 3D and I couldn't be more excited about where we are headed as a team. I am grateful for who this team has helped me become, the ways they have supported through every decision, and mostly for how much FUN we get to have at work. Tommy, the other face you'll see has in fact left his post at Think 3D to dive fully into his growing videography business and we could not be more proud and excited for him. Getting to send a team member off to fully step into their potential and dreams is such an honor. We are grateful for the time we got to have his humor, joy, and talent on our team and look forward to watching him keep expanding his career!
