You walk into your office, your desk is piled high with papers and documents that are probably filled out wrong (because they always are).  You know you are going to be disappointed, yet you turn on your computer that is filled with analytics and statistics that are just going to let you down further for the umpteenth day in a row.  This is the life of your documentation (logs and records) specialists, matter of fact anyone who's had to deal with document heavy programs, and they hate it as much you hate taking the extra minute to make sure your chicken scratch is legible!
