"People overestimate the probability that they will crash a motorcycle."
Welcome to Episode 7! in this episode, Andrew & Johnson talked with Guillermo on how he learned to leverage risk, being a "bad boy" to learn emotional intelligence as an autistic child, and utilizing the networks and skills from going to school at UCLA to build Riders Share.
Whether it's in or out of entrepreneurship, sometimes we find ourselves between a rock and a hard place - like getting insurance for motorcycle ride sharing - but if you can be creative and stay confident, light will eventually appear at the end of the tunnel - so keep pushing forward.
Thank you Guillermo for sharing your story with us!
