Hello my lovelies. This is an episode that is one of the nearest and dearest to my heart. Being a fitness instructor, I notice so much talk about looking a certain way when working out. I also notice so much of the same kind of person in the fitness industry and not enough inclusion. When I teach, I always change the conversation to focus on how the workout is making you feel, and think other fitness professionals should do the same.
