With a general theme inspired by Voodoo Lopez' set right before mine on this date (2021-01-29), this set is full of tracks that have a good bass rhythm. Do you feel the funk & swing in it?

Tracks include tunes from Junior Jack, Basi Grub, Photek, Kerri Chandler, The Deepshakerz, NY Stomp & more. Full track list at my Mixcloud page for this set.

One of the main characters in electronic scene in Algarve durig decades.

A true believer. An enormous human being.

All those moments never will lost in time. God bless you for your advice, your simpathy and your smile, always.

To my friend Fernando Frota. Hasta la vista, comandante.

Tunes that I bought right before the set, and so were mostly new to me. Thus, I had to "wing it" ;-)

But, many from names we know and trust - like Jimpster, Kerri Chandler, Sebb Junior, Ross Couch, and more. Plus names that might be new to all of us - Betty Bizarre, Mr Bootsauce, Tommy Boccuto, and others.

But the vibe is right down the middle of my alley, so if you've liked what you've heard from me before, you'll like this, too.

Recorded on 2021-01-15 - at the end of the week where rioters (first) stormed the US Capitol in a minor insurrection in 2021. So, this set is full of elegant, classic deep house tunes designed to calm us all the heck down, and spread a little love and peace. And if the tune had a Wurlitzer keyboard, it got high-preference in getting played ;-)

Music from Roalnd Nights, dZihan & Kamien, Sebb Junior, Soul Designer, Jamie Lewis, Alex Agore, and more.

Eleven years at dogglounge.com. I’m honored to be part of this great family that during all these years has a capital importance in my life. An enormous gift that bring me pleasure and joy, and even more: the opportunity to connect with people around the world in the same mood, sharing the love for the music, helping to carry and overcome the heavy things in life. In the world of electronic music, full of egos and vanity, we are more attending our own personalities and always putting our passion with music than money, personal recognition, fame or success. Just with the conviction to show you the roots of dance music, the past, the future, hoping that you will dance with us or at least, make a good travel in life with you, giving you Hope and positive feelings to warm your soul.

So many people ask me about during this last two years I’m not so regular at the station, and the answer is a very complicated personal life, fighting in lot of battles, trying to be optimistic and don’t fall in panic or let the stress cause more damage or negativity, cos now it’s a difficult time to everyone and the last thing needed it’s to loose control. So, no matter what, every day I can do my show in one sense is helping me than all of you. Because I need more than ever.

I wish to thank all of you for your personal support, specially to the people in the chat room as Andy, Warren, Haui, Fernando, Milan, Isa, Waldorf, Enrico, Jesper, Dipen... and so many others for the love you’d gave me, and for all the feelings we share with music. We are the last ones of our spices, crossing the Universe using the power of the strongest vibration of the music that is made with the beats of our hearts. And cheers up with the desire that one day we shall dance together!

And so much thanks to Master Neonlogic World for introduce me at the station, and to Odogg and all the Dogglounge DJ’s crew to host this tremendous Spaceship of LOVE, SHELTER and POWER, and to all the international DJ’s that with his guest mixes offer to us superb contribution to the station.

With love and respect.
