I’ve been playing some live (in-peson) events recently, where people dance. I LOVE when people dance to what I’m playing. So I’m still in a mood to play what people might dance to – and so, this set came from that.  I suspect it wasn’t the kind of set people wanted to hear on a Sunday afternoon at Dogglounge. (I lost about 20% of listeners.)  BUT, it’s what my musical spirit was giving me that day, so there.

Violence never is the answer for problems that humankind need to solve and overpass with understanding and respect.

Barcelona is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, and a true example about tolerance and permisivity, that sometimes could be hard to manage, but this would be impossible in many countries around the world.

A chilled one to calm down and promote this wonderful city, that I love so much.

This was the first two hours from my live gig at Restaurante La Barraca Cantarriján. It’s hard to describe how grateful I’m feeling for the enormous privilege, the infinite pleassure to put the sound that I love, in such blessed by God natural environment. Just in the moment that the tide stops, the people are liying on the sunbeds for small siesta, and in the restaurant area, there are people finishing theyr lunchs. Sun’s kingsdom, over the fresh clear waters full of life. In some sense, I’m a bech guy, so, I’m feeling really touched to have the honour to spin in this beautiful paradise.

For the last show of the “Tardes a Fuego Lento” I’d played the ones that the place deserved. Just to give back the love and the peace wich had been given. So much thanks, Isaac Rodriguez Barbero, for such gift in my life. A travel into the summer spirit of mind, under the sunshine and the blue sky.

Later this summer I’m headed to Ibiza with my wife. We’re pretty excited, and so I pulled together a bunch of tunes that are of the type you can hear on the Balearic Island in various places. It’s a bit random – some deep, some bangin’, some soulful, and some nu-disco. But, it’s bound together my my sense of the good times to be had there.
