This episode features Jeff Cubos.  Jeff is a Chiropractor who currently practices alongside his wife in their multi-disciplinary practice in Spruce Grove, Alberta.  Originally from Toronto, Jeff also holds a degree in Physical Education and Health and a Masters's degree in Kinesiology.  Jeff is a consultant to a number of athletes and sports organizations and has worked at the Pan American Games, World University Games, and Artistic Gymnastics World Championships, yet also thrives on working with athletes on the frontlines at the community level. In 2012, he was the Chair of Medical Services for the Alberta Winter Games. Jeff has been a quiet leader in human performance in Canada for many years now and his story is rich with character.
