Janice is a former lawyer turned strategic HR professional currently based in Hong Kong. She started her career in one of the largest law firms in Malaysia and went on to pursue an MBA at the Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT Sloan. Spurred by her aspiration to help companies build capacity to achieve a sustainable advantage through people process excellence, Janice pivoted her career from Law to HR after the MBA. In her current role, she supports the Chief HR Officer on Global HR strategic projects with a focus on policy and governance.
Mathura Kannan is the 25-year-old Junior Director of Simply Empowering that provides the services of Outsourced Accounting, Business Advisory & Secretarial Services. She also now guides teenagers & young adults in their personal finance management via her year-long coaching program as well as her workshops. Despite pursuing a career in the finance world, Mathura is also co-founded the Malaysian Social Enterprise Ascendance in 2015, served as a CEO from 2017 to 2020 and now currently serves as an Advisor for the organization. She has received the Diana Award in 2019 for her contributions in humanitarian & social works as a youth as well as being awarded as Top 10 Student Key Opinion Leader in Monstar Awards in 2019. Mathura is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW), hosts the weekly talk show Money Matter$ and has also published her first book "Money Matter$? - Guide to Finance & Life for Gen Zs"

Dr. Joel Low is a Clinical Psychologist and Director at The Mind Psychological Services & Training, specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and he works with a wide range of clients. He’s also an exco member of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology.
