The U.S. Department of Justice is suing the state of Minnesota — along with Hennepin County, Minneapolis and St. Paul — over policies limiting local law enforcement agencies' work in immigration operations.

And the driver of a pickup truck died this morning after it collided head-on with a school bus in the city of Andover.
