It has become a place that gives inspiration to designers worldwide, growing each year and reaching 1000+ participants in 2019.

Simonne Sera Rodrigues was born in Oman, raised in India, became a professional designer in Australia and is now a Senior UX designer at Monstarlab in Dubai.We chat with Simonne about how multicultural experiences can help UX designers in problem-solving and creating social value.
