Ian is joined by Ricky Mangidis, former North Melbourne employer and person behind the Shinboner blog. Ricky joined the show last year to talk about the kind of coach Brad Scott was and what to expect from him, so he's joined us tonight to talk about what he's seen over the first year of the Brad Scott era. We also discuss what to expect from Ben McKay and Todd Goldstein before we look at Essendon as a whole and what needs to improve moving forward.
