Don't Fake Podcast

So we talk for several hours every time we sit down to record and not everything makes it into the episode otherwise they'd be five hours. This is a conversation that we had about our anticipation for Lupe's next album, after he officially announced it was coming soon. With DROGAS Light being his last offering, and the incredible Tetsuo & Youth before it, there is no telling what Wave will sound like.

We back! Don't Fake Podcast's Episode 6 brings back Brandon Griggs and the crew discusses new releases (well, from the entire time after our last episode) in hip hop and dive a little deeper into Travis Scott's Astroworld and the effectiveness of the 'Travis Scott sound'.

Don't Fake Podcast's Episode 5 brings in guest host, rapper and Pokemon Goer, Ezko to talk about all things Underground, Soundcloud and Indie. Discussions include Underground vs Soundcloud Rap, is Soundcloud Rap the new underground, Indie vs Underground, Streaming for indie artists and more.

Don't Fake Podcast's Shah and Shaheer are young old heads so they had to bring in the "lil" experts Brandon Griggs and Ezko to discuss the XXL Freshman List along with the overall importance of the list in general. Also discussed are the GOOD Music albums and Chance the Rapper.

We had so much to say on Childish Gambino's "Because the Internet" for our Top 10 Influential Albums list that we decided to give you the whole 40 or so minutes of discussion. This guy is so damn talented.

The Don't Fake Podcast continues with our Top 10 Influential Albums discussion inspired by Questlove, "What are Top 9 albums that you think are classics from start to finish?" This is Part 3 of 3. Enjoy.

The Don't Fake Podcast continues with our Top 10 Influential Albums discussion inspired by Questlove, "What are Top 9 albums that you think are classics from start to finish?" This is Part 2 of 3. Enjoy.

The Don't Fake Podcast kicks off with a topic inspired by Questlove, "What are Top 9 albums that you think are classics from start to finish?" Of course, we couldn't just do 9 and it ended up being 10, and also ended up being a 5 hour discussion. We were able to cut that down to roughly 3 hours and because we love you for even taking the time to listen we broke that into 3 more easily digestible pieces. This is Part 1 of 3. Enjoy.
