Happy Monday b*tches! This weeks episode is a little bit different than the usual reality TV recaps that I do because I talk about something personal I have wanted to talk about for some time - shame and the way it can hold you back in life. This episode is heavier than my others so if you're looking for a light listen reschedule for a different day. Different things in our past, different perspectives we used to have, or even different behaviors we used to tolerate can sometimes be shameful to talk about and pursue a path forward but it is still important and healing.
