Yet the manufacturer would lead you to believe their product was "healthy" by their labeling.

I fell into this trap and as I learned more about nutrition I realized the labels were just a marketing tactic and couldn't always be trusted.

I want to share some insights with you in the hopes you can avoid some of the pitfalls I have fallen into.
