Whenever a villain wanted to take away all of Superman's strength and super powers, they showed up with the green, "alien" rock, kryptonite, to render him "weak." Coach Kim is posing the question or metaphor to listeners about what "issue" or unhealed, core wound is unknowingly taking away their "power?" That's your kryptonite, friends! Things like not feeling chosen, needing to be liked or accepted, and wanting to rewrite the past are common, core wounds or kryptonite that's interrupting your connection to your life, yourself, and others.
