Drawing on the example of Mount Sinai, where Moshe Rabbeinu warned the people to maintain physical and mental distance, the importance of humility and personal boundaries was emphasized. Powerful spiritual moments should be approached with caution, allowing for integration rather than shock. Learning must be balanced with prayer and honesty, ensuring that progress strengthens faith rather than ego.
