An active and forward-thinking member of the underground techno & club music community in the midwest for 11 years strong, Steven Hoffman (aka Steve Noah) has spent a decade sewing his roots in his home court of Chicago. He co-runs A&R for a label called Issa Party which specializes in techno, house, acid, breakbeat, juke, and club tracks that are laser focused towards the discerning dancefloor and is also the co-founder of underground events outfit Night Logistics.
