With four days before Devil’s Night, a tradition of arson in the northeast a day before Halloween, agents of F-Cell and their “friendlies” must discover why pushers selling the mysterious hallucinogen known as “Reverb” are going missing. However, nothing is easy on these mean streets, and paranoia and distrust immediately fracture the operation...
