Today’s episode starts off with a segment we’d like to call: Check in on your strong friend; as well as a mental health check in with our listeners letting them know that we love them and want them to get the help they need when things feel overwhelming. Later on we discuss the “great migration” that’s happening now as we’re moving into month 5 of lockdown- rent is due and people are bailing on their leases instead of renewing them, people are even going to the extreme of leaving overnight to avoid paying demanding landlords. As things get crazy we want to give everyone the love and support they deserve by letting them know that we care about them and things will get better as long as we stuck together and work as a community- we cannot allow these extreme lows to bring out the worst in us.
