My goal with this podcast is to brighten your day with positive stories from good people and organizations who are doing their part to make the world a better place. Episode 4 features Swirls Around the World. Swirls Around the World is a nonprofit foundation, honoring the life of Matthew “Swirls” Cirelli who passed away at the age of 19 from Ewing Sarcoma. The foundation's mission is to honor his legacy by embracing his courage, spirit, and kindness to pay it forward. Today I speak with Jen Caruso and Diane Caruso family members of Matt's who play a vital part in keeping the organization running.

Welcome to the Dose of Good Podcast where I share with you good people, and good organizations doing good things. In our world, we constantly hear about the bad and negative things that go on and I think we should hear more about the good happening every day that isn't shared or talked about as much. I will be featuring Non-Profit organizations and the individuals who help them to be a success. I would also love to celebrate good people doing good and kind things on their own.
