From Kenneth Boagni to Mario Hammonds & Eric Fairmon, the city of Los Angeles played keep away, trying to hide anything supporting the Wallace family’s theory of the case.

Beginning on page 15 of the legal filing, the lawyers for Miss Wallace and Biggie’s family outline the information and evidence that the city and the LAPD knew about and decided to not only hide from the Wallace estate, but they decided that this evidence and information was not worthy of further investigation.
