Welcome Anna of Sunrise Hardcore and One South UK. Originally from Germany, Anna helped to build the hardcore scene in Brighton, UK, by booking hardcore shoes as part of Sunrise Hardcore.  She talks about her experience with that, booking shows at 16 in Germany, her involvement in BJJ, and the sustainable sportswear company she started with her husband called One South.

This week's episode features Kimberly from Massachusetts.  She has been a pivotal member of the Boston DIY scene, booking many shows at the Democracy Center in Cambridge.  Currently, Kimberly spends much of her time working on prison abolition through an organization called Building Up People Not Prisons Coalition.
