Question:

My company is in the process of spinning off from its parent corporation. This is a time of great uncertainty among the ranks. But I work fully remotely, and this kind of work really isn't done where I live now, so finding a new job that pays anything close to what I'm earning now is extremely challenging. Do I ride out the spin off and hope for the best, or do I bite the bullet and try to find something else - knowing that it will be long, arduous, and likely represent a pay cut?

I am getting close to retiring from a job i love.  Not because I want to but because I am having mobility problems.  There are things I have to complete before I retire. These things will start the process of leaving. (Paperwork etc.) . I don't know whether I should start the process this summer or wait until January 2026. Which should I choose?

Question: I've been staying at home to help my family, but now I would like to go back to work and don't know if I should resume my career or change to a creative endeavor.  If switching to a creative opportunity, how do I know which path to pick?  Please help!  Thank you!
